If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund for the cost of the goods. You are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it.

Items that are eligible for return must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, with all original labels and in their original packaging. 

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If a custom item is returned, the item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.  

Please kindly note if the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.  

Processing Time for Returns

Items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. We will do our best to transfer the refund to your account in 7 working days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Stolen Return Parcels

It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure pick up address. SUNMOR is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels.
